Minimums: Certain tours will require a minimum number of passengers to operate at the listed rates. You will be advised at the time of booking if other persons are needed to guarantee the requested departure.

Payment: All payments can be made by cash, travelers check or credit card to Zip Gatlinburg Family Adventures. A credit card number and/or payment in full are required to confirm all reservations. Rates do not include gratuities or items of a personal nature. Prices are quoted in US dollars.

Tour Changes and Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 notice and no-show guests are non-refundable. Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unforeseeable circumstances that may force you to cancel.

Delays and Weather: Prepaid tours canceled by the operator due to weather will be fully refunded. Tours typically cancel in the event of high winds and will operate in the rain. Any additional costs incurred in conjunction with your tour are not included. The management reserves the right to cancel or alter an itinerary, as current conditions require.

I acknowledge that I must reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of my scheduled tour or I am responsible for payment in full.
